From opulent and vibrant colours plus a profusion of fabulous finishes and fabrics to an abundance of metallics and tactility, it's possible to capture
the epitome of flamboyant living in our abodes. Designers are encouraging us all to add dramatic flourishes to our rooms like a crystal chandelier over the bath, plus comfortable seating that's upholstered in the softest, smoothest fabrics to rest on during pampering procedures post-soak.
Walls and floors should be in glorious natural materials such as marble and glass to match the bath or rich woods for added depth, boosting the grandeur of the room. Plus, it's also very much in vogue to decorate your haven with elaborate mirrors. However, an extravagant sanctuary still needs to work hard as well as look effortlessly glam.
